DAILY LIVE CLASSES SCHEDULE (MON-SAT)

0430 - 0600: Pranayama, meditation & yoga philosophy with Gokulacandra

0630 - 0800: Gokul asana practice with Acyutananda

1630 - 1800: Q&A and asana teaching with Yogesvara

Final assessment (written test, teaching assessment and asana practice)

ELIGIBILITY

This program is not only for those who want to become a yoga teacher but for those who want to strive further in the path of yoga. It is not suitable for complete beginners. *It is advisable that you would have at least 6 months of consistent practice or attending classes before joining this program.* 

 

TRAINERS

Gokulacandra will be the lead trainer for the course, together with our senior trainers Acyutananda Das & Yogesvara Das in leading other modules. 

CERTIFICATE:

 

Course attendance certificate will be given for successful candidates. However, Yoga Alliance RYT200 certificates will be given only upon completion of the course AND the following requirements:

 

(1) Minimum 80% attendance in all of our livestream and video classes

(2) Passing all the assessments 

(3) Fulfil 20 teaching hours (Gokul yoga sequence)

What is the reading list?

The books you will be working on are:

1. "A Comprehensive Guide to Bhagavad-Gita with Literal Translation" by Hridayananda Das Goswami

2. The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali by Edwin F. Bryant

 

You are not required to read them before coming though. You are advised to get at least one copy of the yoga sutras book above.
